Falcons Generating Some Buzz
Hey Yardbarkers! Just checking in to let you know that camp is going great so far. I'm exhausted but excited for the season to start. The local newspapers are already talking about what the Falcons are bringing this year...check it out:
"...Mularkey forgot to mention that Turner most likely would be chauffeured to, and maybe through, the offensive line by bruising fullback Ovie Mughelli. Turner and Mughelli, the Falcons' two big-free agent signings the past two seasons, provide nearly 500 pounds of speed and muscle. So the linemen's re-arrangement of vertebrae could be even more severe if they don't do their jobs..."

I am really looking forward to seeing how all the hardwork in camp pays off on the field this season. Adding Mughelli to the roster was a great move

thx hot fan (love the name by the way) one of the ways that ive grown going into m 6th year in the NFL is that even though training camp is tough i look at it as a chance to sharpen my skills and prepare for the long season. So i make sure to push myself every day because i know my competition is doing the same thing

Ovie, you've got a lot of weight to carry this year. Show those young guys how it's done. Stay healthy and have fun.
-
provide some protection for your QBs also... whoever that might be
-
I think you should do a dramatic reading of the article

I can't wait to watch you play this year. It'll be great seeing the Falcons a bit revitalized, after the way last season turned out. I am positive that everything will change this year. I'm not predicting a playoff run, but I'm predicting the franchise regains some respect to its name, and a lot of that starts with the additions made in the past two years. I'm sure you, Norwood and Turner will be dominating the ground game for years to come.
-
thx man i really want to help bring some respect back to the falcon way and i know the only way to do that is to win
-
i read a on a YB thread where a Falcon fan was commenting on how ATL is goona impress this year with their offense. Not necessarily a Falcon fan, but am def an Ovie fan and therefore would love to see the Falcons contend this year
-
Ovie, you were with Baltimore when Jamaal was running wild, right? You know what it takes to get it done, but ATL can't be on top over night. Help us fantasy footballers out. Taking in all the factors, how strong is ATL's and Turner's running attack going to be?
Sick interviews at the ESPY's by the way. Can't believe some of the NFL players couldn't name 5 fullbacks! -
thx for the props with the interviews, i was nervous as hell. but def bet on the falcon RB's we gonna suprise everyone
-

What you think of Matt Ryan's showing in the first preseason game Ovie?
-
i think matt did great, especially with all that pressure of being a 1st round pick. if he improves from this point on every game, he is gona turn out to be one great QB
-
